Founded by Pranjali Sapale, Barrister & Solicitor, Sapale Law is an Ontario law firm focused on residential real estate and related legal services. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, we work with clients across the province on purchases, sales, mortgage refinances, private mortgages, title transfers, survivorship applications, and other real estate matters.

Pranjali Sapale founded Sapale Law Professional Corporation, an Ontario law firm focused on residential real estate. She advises clients on purchases, sales, refinances, private mortgages, title transfers, and survivorship applications, and is known for clear communication, attention to detail, and catching issues before they become problems. Pranjali is also growing a practice in wills and estates, helping clients plan and protect what matters most.
